On
Monday May 21, two Children’s Stage Adventure actor/educators,
Nicole Jones & Chandra Diesel auditioned and cast approximately 80
students, from the fourth and sixth grade for the production The
Fisherman & his Wife. In just five days all the songs, lines,
dances and staging are learned. The public performance of the final
production takes place on Friday, May 25 at 6:00.Mrs. Missy Morneault was in charge of getting this
group to come to Madawaska. Mrs. Morneault wanted to bring Children’s Stage
to Madawaska because “we live in an area far away from a performing arts
center” and she thought it would be fun for the students to have a theatre
experience.
