Since 1987 TA has offered students a chance to work with new technologies, in particular all things video. Video is considered a time art form, and consequently the video program has grown out of the visual arts department offerings. Video involves all of the arts disciplines. At we moved from the 20th to the 21st century, TATV went on the air, giving students a community forum in which to showcase their creations. The program has grown considerably since its inception. A number of elements and entities have helped TATV grow. One of those is the affiliation with the Student Television Network.
